TMPS Acknowledgement of Country
Thomastown Meadows Primary School respectfully acknowledges that beneath our classrooms, outdoor learning spaces, and play spaces, lay the traditional owners of the lands of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation.
We thank our Traditional Owners of this land and pay tribute to their ongoing connection to land, waters and culture. We are inspired by those who have inhabited, nurtured and cared for this land since the beginning and we aspire to continue to care and nurture for this land in the future to come.
We pay our respects to ancestors, elders and those emerging to lead the future generations as well as any First Nation peoples who may be part of our TMPS School Community.
